Thank you for taking the time to understand MinistrySafe. We know that this is not an easy task to undertake, but please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the Control Panel System and take the necessary steps to protect the children in our care and those who serve them.

To log in to your Control Panel, visit www.MinistrySafe.com. In the upper right-hand corner, click the ‘Log in’ button.

You will see the following login page. Please enter your Username and Password. 

    • If you forgot your password, please click on ‘Lost my login information’. You will not need to create or sign up for a new account. 
  • If this is your first time in the Control Panel, we encourage you to watch our System Demo HERE. If you scroll past halfway down, you will find different segments.  
  • Click HERE if you need assistance with adding trainees. 
  • Click HERE if you need assistance to send Training once Users have been added to the Control Panel.
  • As a reminder, only System Administrators and Supervisors need to log in to the Control Panel. You would have been sent a Username and Password. 
  • Trainees will receive a personalized Training link, and will have seven (7) days to access the Training link. If more than seven (7) days have passed, you will need to send a new Training link. For more information on how to complete this process, please visit HERE. 
  • If a Trainee “does not receive the Training link”, please process the following:
    • Ask them to check their Spam/Junk folder. 
    • Ask them to verify their email address. As Supervisors, you should have access to edit User Information. Click HERE to learn how to make changes.
    • Some Users have filters (unknowingly at times) placed within their email domain and will not receive the Training. After trying the options above, send a Dashboard Link. Click HERE to learn more. This is a more tedious process, and we would not recommend it for every User. 
    • If you continuously encounter an issue, please reach out to our Support Team.
